Conditions Of Entering

*Dogs will be evaluated on sheep. Minimum age to enter is 6 months.
*Make cheques payable to the Rare Breed Performance Club of Ontario. Entry fee in Canadian dollars.United States dollars accepted at par. NSF cheques subject to a $30.00 service charge.
*Entries will be acknowledged by email only. If you are unsure about your entry please telephone us.
*Refunds will not be made for dogs not present at the test.
*Qualifying dogs will be issued a Herding Instinct Test Certificate.
*We reserve the right to refuse any entry at our discretion without explanation.
*Dogs must be exercised in designated areas. Owners/handlers are required to pick up after their dogs. Deposit all refuse and cigarette butts in the designated receptacles. Failure to do so will result in the expulsion from future RBPCO events.
*No entry will be accepted unless both this entry form and the attached waiver have been dated and signed.
*Dogs must be on leash at all times. Please bring a flat collar and a 6 foot lead for the test.

In consideration for participating in a Herding Instinct Test at Have Ewe Herd, 5801 Count Road #21, RR #1, Uttopia, ON, L0M1T0, I agree to assume all responsibility for any claim, loss or damage, of whatever kind of nature, whether to person or property, which may be caused at or near this facility, either directly or indirectly, by me or the dogs that I have brought to this location. I further agree that I will hold HAVE EWE HERD and the RARE BREED PERFORMANCE CLUB OF ONTARIO, it's directors, members, owners, agents, family and the stock, harmless and defend them from any and all liability for any injury, claim, damage or loss, of whatever kind or nature, whether to person or property, caused at or near this facility, whether directly or indirectly, by or to me or any dog I have brought to this facility. I agree to indemnify HAVE EWE HERD and the RARE BREED PERFORMANCE CLUB OF ONTARIO, it's directors, members, owners, agents, family and the stock, for any loss, cost or expense, including attorney's fees and costs, to which HAVE EWE HERD and the RARE BREED PERFORMANCE CLUB OF ONTARIO, it's directors, members, owners, agents, family and stock, might be subject to as a result of any claim, suit, loss or damage caused in any way by any act of negligence on my part or on the part of any dogs I have brought to this facility. 

I certify that the dog or dogs I have brought to this facility is/are not a hazard to other dogs, other animals or to people.

I also agree to pay the full market value($200.00) of any livestock death resulting from my dog's or my own actions, whether willful or accidental, or in the case of injury to any livestock resulting from the dog's actions, I agree to pay all veterinary fees up to the market value of the animal .

I also certify that any dog brought to this facility  has current vaccinations.
